Seems to be missing from task bar - was there. Have Cableone

seems to be missing from task bar - was there.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Have Cableone as primary then a gmail account was added a couple of weeks ago. I open Chrome brings me to cable one and from there open Gmail from task bar.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Use a desk top - goes through Google Chrome I velieve.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: My teck knowledge is basically zero - had turned off the computer earlier today - turned back on and the Gmail was back on task bar - gone again.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that I know................
