My yahoo email continues...

My yahoo email continues to receive email fine, but it has not let me send out emails for over a year. (instead I use hotmail for that.) However, can you fix this Yahoo sending out emails problem for me? Thank you.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Yahoo from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

My internet connection is fine. I think from a browser.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I really wouldn't know how to check for that.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

No, I do not prefer you to do anything else, except refund the $53 to my credit card which Yahoo obtained by trickery and fraud by saying it would only be $5. Or else I shall notify the authorities. as well as other means to expose Yahoo as fraud & corrupt.
