I am getting so much spam and junk emails I want to deleat my outlook acct and start over

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

2 weeks I have enlisted the tech help from imunet that was only temp

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Ie on my desktop

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Immunet tech remote help but it just goes back to acting currently yhe dates and time are messed up

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

What more can there be, ive told you all that I know look im no expert........

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Outlook email.

If you delete your account you won't be able to re-create the same email address, you will need to create a new username. Outlook also has spam filtering options you can try first if you haven't already. Would you like me to help you with this?
