I have a cox.net email - is there anyway to set it up thru Outlook?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: I use to have it on Windows live - Geek squad put a new hard drive in my Lenova computer and they said I couldn't have email on Window Live anymore. Yesterday I pick up my computer.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: It was on my browser but I also have it on my phone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing - I guess I need to just set it up. Can I do a Cox email?
