I am pissed off...

I am pissed off. I am 63 years old and technically challenged. I have a gmail account that I did not set *****@******.***. I don't use that account as I have a company one that I use. I have maxed out on my phone memory and have spent the last 45 minutes going through my phone and selectively deleting pictures to no avail. For a whole $.99/month, I can increase the memory on my phone, but I don't know the DAMN password. Can you help?
