I have never used my email at at&t. How do I access it now?
JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: no
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: I don't think I ever filled out security questions. I looked at them and they are not familiar. I have a password ***** get into my account to pay bills but that's it.

I guess I'm going to have to call during the day. I received an automated call and was asked for a four digit passcode. I don't have one. Then, the robot said he needed to get someone else and nothing is happening. Thank you for your help.
