I have a group...

I have a group email. I want to create a rule that will categorise and flag all incoming emails to that group that will highlight the same for all users. For example Person A and B are members of a [email protected] group. Any email sent to [email protected] would be immediately flagged and categorised on both person A and B's inbox. Further to that If person A read, actions the email and ticks complete the email will show as complete in persons B's email. This way everyone can keep track of incoming emails without asking who's has done which.

Okay, I think can be done but it has to be with remote desktop.
