I have outlook on my iPad. I can compose an email but it won't send.
JA: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?
Customer: Just stuck in drafts
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?
Customer: Not that I am aware of. I can reply to emails, just can't send new emails

Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the iPad for about 10 seconds until you see the apple logo then release.

Let the iPad restart and when it has, tell me if you can then send an email
