3 weeks ago my hard drive failed and I lost much of my data

Customer Question

3 weeks ago my hard drive failed and I lost much of my data and all emails (plus email folders) At that stage I was using Office 2010 on my PC. As I was leaving home to attend a 2 week conference and after installation of a new hard drive, I installed Office 365 on my PC so my family could use Outlook while I was away. Much of the data I lost has been recovered and that includes Outlook 2010 program but now unable to recover the email files. Is it possible to recover them?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: The faulty hard drive was returned to me on 24 July with most of the data recovered.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On all three as I travel a lot but phone and tablet were set up to delete emails etc., after a certain period.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I haven't. I need some guidance
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: If I can recover my emails and folders I would be quite satisfied!

Are you referring to Outlook Data Files in PST format?
