Customer Question

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:
... jmshaw has exceeded 5 messages per 30 minutes.
Please check the message recipient "..." and try again.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: My email provider is grandecom.net. The email client I am using is Thunderbird. I have no such problem with Grande Communications (grandecom.net). Since I use email quite a lot (not for commercial purposes), this restriction is rather inconvenient.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Directly through Thunderbird on a Windows desktop computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: No troubleshooting is in evidence other that the message which says I have exceed 5 emails in 30 minutes, which implies to wait 30 minutes before sending the sixth one.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I do not know of anything. Since the restriction is in Thunderbird only, my question will be How to remedy the restriction, which is something I have never encountered when using Windows Live Mail, Microsoft Outlook, or any other email client.

As far as you know, is there any restriction officially stated by the provider? If yes, do you know the link?

Did you try sending the same emails (same type and same amount) using the provider's email portal from here?
