I can't get out to any of the recipients from my Thunderbird. I'm still running XP, and i guess you're no longer supporting my dinosaur? is this what's happening?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Mozilla
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: My phone still works, as soes my tablet. but the aspire v5 is just not responding unless I get my mail from my ISP
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Haven't a clue...
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: that my browser still works, but thunderbird is just not there
