WE ARE USING AOL AND OPERATING IN WINDOWS SEVEN AND MY WIFE INSTALLED THUNDERBIRD SOFTWARE NAD WE WERE ABLE TO GET OUR MAIL. WE STARTED OVER AGAIN AND IT WONT COME UP
