I am switching from Windows10 Mail to Thunderbird, but I cannot sync the messages from Mail to Thunderbird. I a\think I am supposed to use POP3 server settings

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

My email address is cinci.rr.com, if that helps

All the above and my desktop

I have set the incoming port to 110 per Spectrum(time Warner)
