For the last 2 days I have been unable to access my gmail. I keep getting a pop-up which says that Internet Explorer isn't working. It works fine for everything except my email. Please help.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: This is the third day
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my PC. I go to Google and my account is there but when I click on it, it starts the Internet Explorer isn't work stuff
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Had Microsoft scan the hard drive and all is well. The only problem is the email.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No that's about it
