JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: No, just my laptop
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: I don't recall about security questions. The phone number isn't helpful.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I enter my email, tell them I don't remember my google password, they send me a code, I enter it and google says it doesn't go with my email address, but they say there is an account at that address.
