I opened an acct for my husband on ReverbNation, they made promises they did not keep, also I canceled last week and I see I've been charged once again. How do I resolve this matter? It's under, Sheila Croston and you sent a notification to my email,***@******.***. Thank you in advance.

If you were billed for something you were not intending to pay for on your iPad you need to contact billing within 90 days. They can give you a full refund no questions asked.

You can request it here:

http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Log into your Apple account from there and you should see a list of purchases from the Apple store.

Click on "Report a Problem" next to the purchased item and select " I didn't authorize this purchase" then click on the blue button that reads iTunes Store Support. This will take you straight to billing where they can give you a full refund.

All I wanted to do is cancel ReverbNation payments from PayPal....where am I, I thought I was on my PayPal acct.?
