I signed up in...

I signed up in june for a mobile broadband service with new ipad. its been working fine but today I get the message "no service". I am away from home and dont have my contract with me. when I try to go into the email that delivered my critical service information, it does not accept my date of birth so I cant get in to find my service number. without my service number I am unable to get through on 133 937. I keep going round and round and round in a loop.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I cant troubleshoot because I cant check my Optus account. I dont recall having received a bill and maybe thats the problem but I have no way of checking. Cant someone feed my name into your system and see?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

Its not specifically an email problem. My Ipad just says "no service", even though I have hotspotted it to my Telstra phone
