can't get my Outlook email to open. I had a problem with my iPhone password. Phone is unlocked and password ***** as far as Apple is concerned, but I have had no Outlook for a week now.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: A week, When my apple iPhone was unlocked at the Apple store
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Such as? I went back to the Apple store who said it was an Outlook issue. When I try to access via Outlook I receive an error message inside an envelope-like logo.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm 75!!! I'm a smart lawyer and usually l have no problems with formatting docs and researching BUT lacking the computer-ese gene! Sorry.
