Customer Question

I believe this is total BS or a scam.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook. I have a Hotmail account.
JA: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: My phone and my laptop. I just saw this message on my phone, so I checked on my laptop, as spam and inbox are usually blurred on my phone. It was in my inbox. I think it's a scam, because there's no contact info, legal line, or anything of that nature.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing. I am not tech savvy. I did look at the authentication, and saw the IP address, but that like reading Sanskrit, for me.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That I needed to be in bed hours ago, but I wanted to get to the bottom of this now...just in case.
