I can't remember my password. I also just saw a message that my settings are out of date.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: not sure - one to 3 weeks ago...
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser on my PC, but have probably done it with the other two, also.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've looked for suggestions online and was working with a tech support person 2-4 days ago, but accidentally disconnected from her.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
