To fingered typist. This is the third time I'm going through this.
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: I got to the tech twice and had told the pre-tech (or whatever he or she is called
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: that I can't receive a note or code or memo on my laptop computer because it wont continue printing until I have a proper password ***** the email. The tech or techs either didn't get or didn't understand the message.
JA: Was this discussed with a manager or HR?
Customer: They sent a request for my email address and said they would send a temporary password ***** MY EMAIL. The left me no waf
JA: Is the employment "at will," union, full time, or part time?
Customer: y to communicate unless I started over by cancelling an go through it all again. I'm frustrated and this is my last try.
