I cannot receive my email or send it thru outlook express-I can get it on web mail--but not my preferred ****@****.****.**** address thru outlook-can you fix that? my incoming # is 143 and outgoing is 587 JA: How long has this been an issue? Customer: for the past week or so-- JA: Have you installed any updates recently? Customer: no-I don't know how ( I am 88 and not really of the computer age!)
