I have an xp computer with thunderbird and exported the messages and address book into a folder on the desktop moved the adress ok can not move the messages please help
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: one has xp the other is windows 10
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: we use a computer and they both have version 52.2.1
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: well i serached how to export and did that succesfuly, but now i have the mail messages on a flash drive but can not import them
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no i just want to move the mail folders to this new computer
