What exactly you have done to get a new password?

I get a text code but unable to receive a new code thru email. Google says they are sending me codes thru text and then thru email but the email code has never been received. I have tried at least 4 time

Ok, if you do not want to use the remote support then, just ignore the message and one more thing, you are saying that Google does not recognise your email address then, how could they send the code to you?
