I signed for the new system but for some reason can not log in
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: no
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: mostly on the desk top
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried reset , I can in to a tech and put on hold for 20 mins only to get transfered again
