I do not recall my password, probably due to not using it for some time. I would like to reset it to respond to emails in my account.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: I use a University of Winnipeg server. I have for a long time.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my hp computer. It is a personal computer as I am retired but remain on the faculty list for the University of Winnipeg
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to access Outlook to change my password ***** have failed in this attempt.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I think of.
