I'm trying to retrieve my google password ***** times and the codes sent do not work.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I'm not sure
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use my Ipad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went to Apple Store to transfer all the data from my old IPAD to the newest but they could not help with the google account.
