Please help. I've changed my password ***** instructed to a new one which sadly I forgot. I've now tried 8 times to obtain access to the site where I can get myself another good password ***** changing my email address. To no avail. Maggie
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: A couple of days ago. I have a large family staying at present (school hols) so am flat out but Ive tried for several days now to reset.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: via google
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Sorry on my computer. I am currently using my husbands computer.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so but maybe I need you to call.

Sorry to hear about your Email problems. With free email services such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, ETC..., you need to have an alternative email, or cell phone tied to the account, OR know your security questions. Without the above, the account can not be recovered. This is for security reasons since people keep sensitive data in their email.
