JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my Mac computer, through Mail
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried logging into my google account and the business's google account, changed the password. But I really don't know what I'm doing.
