When I sign on to my AOL, it connects but does not respond, and I cannot open my mail.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: about 20 years
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: aol web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have restarted the computer. I do have internet connection
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not really do I need to download a new aol software
