All my emails are going to Trash. Even when I send myself an email - it goes to trash. Hw do I get everything to go to my inbox?

Customer: Gamil.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web brower mos of the time - sometimes from i phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
