I'm not receiving my emails in Outlook on my desktop, which I use for work (in a home office) though they're still coming through in Gmail on my tablet.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Since this afternoon, about 5 or 6 hours ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I prefer to use Outlook on my desktop, since it's synced to my calendar of projects
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Restarting the computer. Checking my settings. Changing my Gmail password.
