I have deleted a number of my contacts from the contact list. But now there is a very long list that shows a blank profile pic and says name isn't available. I would like to get rid of this.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Just first clarify which Outlook Contacts you are referring to? Contacts of your mail account at (Microsoft email services) or contacts managed by Microsoft Outlook (email program of Microsoft Office)?

Looks like the contacts of Outlook services though it is specific for Offie 365. I am bit confused about the status: name isn't available but items are there.
