I have several names in a group address box. When I am sending an email to the goup, it is not going through and I get a message that says "Message Blocked." However if I send the same message individually to each person in the grouping, it goes through. Why is the group mailing not going throught?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Charter
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: My laptop computer and phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have checked the individual email addresses for the people to make sure they are correct. This was working 4 days ago and now it is not.
