Customer Question

I am able to log in to my Outlook account but then Outlook cannot open my emails.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just got home after being away 2 days. Was working when I left.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through a web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have rebooted multiple times. I have entered and reentered my user name and password ***** times. I get to the screen where it says now opening mailbox and the gray horizontal line makes it almost to the end and stops. Then I wait and a message comes up something like 'Something went wrong' Try later.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of.

Can I remotely connect to your computer, so I can troubleshoot this issue with you?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I'm concerned about security. Is there no way to dialogue about it? It seems to be a common problem as there are numerous questions from people on-line about why they can't get in to their email accounts.
