My hotmail account just stopped providing a forwarding or answering option?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: It just started with my most recent login on my Apple IPad Pro
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Most often on an iPad but I also use an iPhone and a PC on a declining frequency
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried rebooting the IPad, changed the Wifi connection, and looked over the settings but do not see any options offered that address this situation my hotmail account is decades old and is on Outlook
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of. This is a new one on me.
