it won't send or receive as it says I need to enter my password, but when Ido, it tells me it is an incorrect password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: don't have any idea unfortunately
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through web browser on desktop-but I haven't been able to access on my phone either, and would like that back.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: turning computer on and off! Nothing else really.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It is a Verizon e-mail that migrated to AOL when that switched over recently.
