Hello< HELP!
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: I am told I need to change my email account address. But I've tried and it tells me my Password ***** my user name are wrong, everytime.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: My present email is***@******.***, throuth ATT.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried many things and have probobly screwed up everything. I can't get into my email at all.
