My e- mail account has been blocked, and I don't know why.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: My address is***@******.***, I think it's yahoo.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Both, but my desktop computer version is blocked
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: In all the dozens of years I have never used the troubleshootng system.

Customer: No. I have always got on to my e-mail every morning. but not today

May i know why you think that its blocked? Are you getting a message that its blocked?

When I enter the usual e-mail info, I get a message which says "You are not permitted to go to the page you requested. I've never had this problem before.
