I am having trouble with a massive amount of unwanted emails. They do not appear on my email on my computer only my ipad
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 10 hp computer
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: A bit of both. My computer doesn't seem to have a problem but on the ipad it is just getting annoying. I have just tried setting up a rule on my email trying to get rid of certain words in the subject will this help
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am not very savvy on my ipad. I have moved them to junk and deleted them without opening them. I have unsubscribed but all to no avail.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
