VERY VERY FRUSTRATED ! ! ! When the new email account ***@******.*** was activated June 15 I lost the address listings & incoming mail to***@******.*** What can I do to cancel the new & go back to***@******.*** ??
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: I get my internet from MI Connections. Is this what you want ? Or - originally I was getting email via Microsoft and changed to Gmail several years ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser via Desk Top
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know how to access a troubleshooting site
