JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: since I got here last week
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None, I dont even know where to begin

May I ask what happens when you attempt to send or receive within Outlook 2010? Are you given any type of error message?
