Cannot connect, outlook, web browser on a mac, called the

JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser on a mac
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: called the internet provider, they said it is not an internet problem, problem with microsoft, called micros soft and they send me to the website for trouble shooting,,didn't help
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
