I have a gmail account on my windows computer and also on my iphone and I know the login in for this account. However, when I try to log in to gmail on mhy macbook pro, it doesn't take my password. HELP!
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: About a week. I discovered the problem when I could not reply to an e-mail.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: All three ways.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried repeatedly to enter my password ***** the macbook pro with no success. I also tried to get in and change my gmail password ***** no success.

That is quite strange. Note down your password ***** notepad or any document and then simply try copy paste.

Try the same in both windows and Macbook and let me know if it is still not allowing you to login in your macbook but same password ***** ***** fine in windows.
