JA: What are you having trouble accessing or opening?
Customer: Good question. trying to open a pdf file attachment. Instead of opening the file, asking me if I want to save it, download it, etc. I just want to be able to click and open. Even when I save the pdf, then try to open it, it tells me it can't.

Customer: HP Envy23
JA: What have you tried so far with your envy23?
Customer: Not sure what you mean. Opening files lately has been a challenge. Didn't used to be. Had this pc about 3 years.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Computer seems to be slower this week. Have run scan with Advanced Care System 10
