Cannot receive email. Message is "Mail cannot connect to "POP Account." Have tried every possible password. Nothing works. Help!
JA: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: Getting email from browser - Have a Mac and use Apple Mail and Safari.
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: To respond to your previous question - I'm not aware of a firewall, etc. Mail worked fine on Tuesday. Problem began yesterday morning.
