It doesn't seem to recognize,but I can start a new account because te email is in use
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser, edge right now I think I started setting it up but never finished
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tried to resend the 4 digit code tried to open a new account
