Its my Dektop Mac computer and specifically my email operation.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I had to obtain a new cell phone and when i synced the phone with the computer the email settings from commercial account were not resset properly. that issue has been resolved however now i am unable to send emails from my commercial account
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that i am aware of
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried reentering my PW for that account and that did not work. I dont know how to get any further than that
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes. when i do a search for emails either by person or subject nothing populates in the dropdown below the search
