JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: right now I am on a computer at home
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i just tried to sign up to drive and answered all questions but now what do i do
