Ok, I understand your concerns. However, the nature of your problem is complex so I believe remote connection is a good option. But we can continue in this chat mode if you really want but you need to provide a better description of what you are having on your computer.

Please tell me how do you access your email. There are 2 ways to access that is why I am asking which one you are doing. First is through an email program and second is through a web browser.

I switched junk mail from my inbox to junk mail. Than I blocked the advertisers email address to stop further emails . I starting receiving emails using my email address as sender so I tried blocking them thinking sense the sent them it would stop . t only succeed in blocking all incoming emails

No, if you are using a web browser now to chat with me, it will not affect our chat if you try to access your Hotmail account.

If you are using the same web browser to access your Hotmail, then I believe you can access it using a NEW tab to keep our chat open.
